Welcome to the Diocesan & Payne Smith CE Primary School Parent Teacher Association.
The PTA consists of Parents, Teachers and Friends who are fully
committed to the development and well being of all our children. Also
recognising the impact it has on building relationships with one
another as we work together.
Fundraising is an important part of the PTA as it provides extra
funds to pay for all those special treats the children so rightly
deserve. Prizes for various events, food for parties even ice poles
when the weather has been hot. The PTA has also in the past provided
new reading books, costumes for plays, playground equipment and the
games shed.
Our most recent event, which was well supported by the parents,
raised an incredible £1221.43. This money as in previous years will now
pay for all the coaches for the school’s summer trip, which will
benefit every family at our school.
We may be a small school but our hearts are big and we the PTA would
welcome you to join us and to help us to reach our common goal which is
to make the children’s stay at DPS a happy and memorable one.
