Sport at Diocesan and Payne-Smith

At Diocesan and Payne Smith Primary School, we are trying our best to ensure that all our children remain active throughout the school day.  Each class takes regular brain breaks in the form of Brain Gym and Fizzy activities.  Key Stage One currently come together each day to take part in a 5 minute aerobic workout called Wake Up and Shake Up and all our children across the school have at least 15 minutes physical activity outside each day.  We are still working in partnership with the SScO team and are developing opportunities for our children to be involved with competitive and non competitive activities.  We are also now in the process of having a different class each week taking part in some indoor PE at All Saints Church which is amazing, so please do send a PE kit in with your children.  Keep a look out for any letters and updates on the website to see what opportunities are available for your children.

Thank you!
